                                Free Stuff!

All the instruments are .dll vst(i)'s, so are to be used with PC only. They are NOT compatible with MAC.

The "free plugins" are a whole bunch of different plugins created between 2001 to 2013.

Some of the plugins are from my starting era of vsti development, where I was starting experimenting with the possibilities of sound synthesis within the synthedit vsti-development environment (which I'm still doing right now and will be doing for eternity).

Although the sounds can be very interesting, some of the plugins might be very hard to understand because lacking a good GUI or might not even work right away by just playing a couple of midi notes (because of some special multichannel midinote handling). They will mostly also lack a manual (though some will have one because of former distribution).

As I've created over 700 plugins over the last 13 years, you can understand that I'm not going to write a manual for every single one of them anymore. Though if you really want to get to know a plugin and need a manual, you can ask. This way I only have to write manuals for the once that care. And eventually I might have covered all the plugins..

There are some very interesting plugins in there, so please do check this folder out. If you REALLY REALLY do like a plugin very much, I might consider rebuilding it for a reasonable prize in SynthEdit V1.2 and add some of my latest sweets.

PS. some free plugins have a manual, but most don't. If you like a plugin and would like to have a manual, please let me know, so I don't have to write a manual for things which are never going to be used.

The time being spend writing all those manuals can better be spend on developing new plugins

It's also advisable to check out the building date. The younger it is, the best chance on a nice plugin!
